With the patch NullableUniqueConstraintTest.testMixedInsertDelete() starts
failing intermittently with an exception indicating that there's an attempt to
unlatch a page that is not latched. I haven't investigated whether it's a
problem with the patch or if the patch has exposed some of the existing latch
problems that I've mentioned.
