Attached 'fixWhiteSpace.diff' patch fixes the tabs-vs-spaces
whitespace problems in GroupedAggregateResultSet.java,
and also fixes the off-by-one error that, as Knut noticed, was
failing to do the all-levels roll up of all the results into a single master.
