IBM JDK download locations

Myrna pointed out to me the IBM jdk download locations. For 1.6, you can 
get it with the eclipse development kit at:
https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/java/jdk/eclipse/
1.4.2 and 1.5 are available at:
https://www.ibm.com/developerworks/java/jdk/

These might be useful for testing or for diagnosing issues like 
DERBY-4252 which are easier to reproduce on IBM JDKs.
