I made the website changes but neglected to update the core plugin
version. I checked that change in and it should be updated in an hour
or so. I was actually able to already download from one of the mirrors
and verify signatures on the downloads (except for the core plugin of
course) although the doc says it may be 24 hours or so for them all to
be updated.
