attention 10.4 and 10.5 release managers: minor housekeeping services requested

We are beginning to accumulate directories of deprecated documentation 
on people.apache.org at /www/db.apache.org/derby/docs/ New release 
managers can't delete superceded documentation directories and have had 
to resort to renaming the superceded directories. It would be great if 
you could delete the renamed directories which you own:

Dyre    10.4_old
Kathey 10.5-old
Myrna  10.5.sav
