What is the state of our migration to maven2? I have uploaded maven 
artifacts to the old location: 
/www/people.apache.org/repo/m1-ibiblio-rsync-repository/org.apache.derby 
I am happy to re-grind the artifacts for the new regime, but I need some 
guidance. The commentary on DERBY-4267 suggests that more work is needed 
before we have a set of instructions which produce valid maven2 artifacts.
