Hi,
this updates the patch to include standard .java file headers, as well as more
dynamic generation of checksums in case that was necessary; additionally now
the classes that are compiled for the test jars are kept clear of the normal
compilation happening around them;
so aside from the apparently largely orthogonal test behaviour, that is
basically the compilation of the test jars
