Hi Mamta,

Thanks for volunteering to look at this issue. Off the top of my head, I think 
that the tricky bit may be that privilege checks are currently modelled as an 
ANDed list of required permissions. What is needed here seems to be an ORed 
list of permissions. Thanks.
