This error happens when trying to perform a DELETE for which the SQL session
does not hold sufficient privileges,
presumably of a trigger since the delete is called from a method called
deleteExpiredAndFinishedTriggers.
It is not obvious that this is a Derby error. Can you show what SQL is being
executed and why you think Derby is not behaving correctly?
