Since the contribution of the DerbyNetClient to apache, IBM has stopped support
of the DB2 JCC driver for Derby.
We removed references to this from our documentation in DERBY-3816, but there
are still numerous places in the code where JCC is mentioned, or fields are
left, or chunks of somewhat working code is left behind.
We should remove this code.
