Description:
Rewrite test to use the new index stats helper class.
Due to timing issues, automatic index statistics generation should be disabled
for this test.
Note that the test case testNoExclusiveLockOnTable should be run with autogen
enabled, as it covers an issue with the data dictionary access pattern
(discovered during prototyping).
