I changed the message to have lower case engine.
also, I didn't put spaces around the colon with my checkins last night because
other existing messages about engine startup and inidividual db shutdowns do
not have spaces around the colon. But if having the spaces around the : for
shutting down Derby engine makes it easier to read, I have no problems with
that at all.
