Does anyone use org.apache.derbyBuild.JiraConnector?

 Hi,

Working on some release notes generation stuff, I noticed a class called 
JiraConnector in org.apache.derbyBuild.

Is anyone using this class?
If I don't get any feedback, I will remove from trunk it in a week or so.
