The problem appears to be that some of the test cases insert rows into the test
tables and don't clean up the tables when they're done. Depending on the order
in which the test cases run, testReleaseSqlSavepointAndRollback may or may not
see rows inserted by preceding test cases. The attached patch makes setUp()
clear the tables before each test case.
