Committed the changes with revision 1156151.
I'm waiting for the changes to be propagated to the live site before closing.
As a side note, I tried building the site with Forrest 0.9. This appeared to
work fine, although I didn't verify all the HTML changes. Most changes looked
like improvements/simplifications to me, but since I don't know Forrest much
it's hard to tell...
FYI, I built the committed changes with Forrest 0.8 (as indicated by the
metadata tag).
