Thanks for thinking about the JDBC level supported by 10.9.1.0. I will fix the
wording of index.html in the trunk and the 10.9 branch. We'll pick up the
better wording if we need to build a second release candidate.
The JDBC version level when running on Java 6 has caused confusion before. A
case could be made for either 4.0 or 4.1. We settled on 4.1. Our reasoning can
be found in the comments above, logged on 2011-11-15.
