The file URLFile.java in the package org.apache.derby.impl.io seems to be
unused.
Emma reports have 0% code coverage for this class.
My manual search didn't result in any reference of this class at all.
Looking at the svn history, seems that this class was last modified on
09/08/2006 and no changes since then.
So this makes it a suitable candidate for removal.
Any suggestions ?
