against current release rather than devlopment branch
1. the bin.jar distribution doesn't contain the frameworks directory and sub directorys
2. embedded/bin/setEmbeddedCP.ksh seems to non unix [windowss?] line endings
[ I haven't investigated the other files in this directory]
