I could but I'd just be directing people to where they can make a request. If there is a repisitory for projects that need to be done, I didn't see it when I checked out the new request page. Would we be asking new people to fill out a request to be assigned a project? Sorry if I was unclear the first time. I only gave it a quick glance, but I didn't see anywhere where someone could pick up a project unless they are on the inside track and can see the requests.
