Ideally you would *not* post it as an attachment to the list, we have size limitation in action and is not nice to fill people's inboxes. The best way is to upload it somewhere on the web and just post a link here. If you are an active contributor[1] you can use the hosting space provided by fedorapeople.org (apparently is not the case yet).
