IBM just announced a US $ 5 million grant to four
colleges for oss sw programs.  I wonder if OSAF and
OOo should actively target these colleges with
relevent documentation and development kits for
teaching these students about oss application
development using Chandler and OOo as oss models. 
This may help to stimulate both student awareness,
deployment, and college environment adaptation of
these oss apps.  Here’s the article:
