* This doc starts weird, jumping into setting an environment. I
think it
should start with some basics, and then show the options a developer
has. I think it should start with the Documentation section's first
paragraph, followed by the architecture overview and tutorials. Then I
would add a new short section describing what a developer might
want to
do, from easiest to hardest: scripts, parcels, core development. After
that should come a short section/para about scripts development. After
that, how to create parcels, followed by how to work on core Chandler,
and finally followed by references.
I've incorporated most of this, but I didn't includes scripting since
it wasn't part of
the developer tenets for 0.6. We know that a bunch of stuff is
going to change
in 0.7.
