Scooby is the code name of the project. The question of trademark is a separate discussion, as we have the name 'Scooby' all over the place now. Making it a graphical logo instead of text makes no difference at this point (unless we were to something silly like copy the logo).
Priscilla, I vote for option one below as the least time-consuming. Replacing the current Cosmo logo everywhere now if we're going to do it again as part of an actual branding strategy would be kind of annoying. But in the end I don't really care as long as there's some sort of graphic for our project page. Priscilla, would you like me to send you the PS file for the large Cosmo logo?
