Things I'd love to see:
- Drag to highlight new event, then start typing. Generally, to create
an event, I drag my mouse on the time within the calendar to highlight.
I must then double-click, or Click in the event. Seems like once the
time is highlighted, I should immediately be able to type to name the
event, and not have to click, etc.
- To do next week -- a list of things I want to accomplish in a given
week, which I may start thinking about the Wed. of the previous week.
Generally I start planning a week in advance for goals that do not have
specific times.
- Smart parsing of an invite -- determine start time, fill in location,
title. I often get emails with all the details--would be nice to have a
smart parser.
- Map of places to visit during the day. I often have to travel
several places in a day in a given order. I wind up mapping A to B, B
to C, C to D. Supercool would be feature that pulls the locations in
order and generates the directions for the day.
- Mode field: How are you getting there? Plane, Train, Automobile, Feet,
Motorcycle, etc.
- Rollover to reveal event behind event. Sometimes I create
overlapping events. Would like to rollover the one in the background to
reveal it.
- Ability to merge two collections together.
- When is one month calendar view coming?
- Need a search box -- getting spoiled in having ability to search
across all items, all fields (e.g., I want to be able to search and find
stuff in Notes). At least basic search for items in calendar.
- I can add an event to "My Items" which is not associated with any
other collection. However, I cannot Sync My Items, whereas I can Sync
other individual collections. How to Sync My Items without doing a Sync
All?
