Does anybody use the Event Status attribute? CONFIRMED, TENTATIVE AND FYI?

I use confirmed and tentative.

Apple iCal removed it in their last release. It seems like it's mostly useful if you have the whole invitation workflow in place (Accept, Tentative, Decline). But not so useful if you have to manually enter the status.

Either way, it also feels like it doesn't make sense for Anytime and @Time events to have event status. They're by definition "things you jot down on your calendar" but aren't hard and fast commitments you've made to other people. And it also feels like they shouldn't in up on your F/B roll-up.

1. Does anybody use Anytime and @Time events (it's not really discoverable in the UI)

I use anytime events quite often.

2. Does anybody use event status for Anytime and @Time events? If so, what does it mean to you?

No..it wouldn't occur to me to use status for these event types. It doesn't impact your f/b info anyhow.
