It's been a week and no one else has piped up on this issue. I'm
going to wrap this up by saying that for Preview, we will get rid of
the notion of partial shares and assume that users always share the
entire collection, unless someone pipes up in the next 24 hours.
This means:
+ "Share" menu item will always just say: "Share <COLLECTION NAME>"
instead of "Share <COLLECTION NAME> Mail", "Share <COLLECTION NAME>
Tasks", "Share <COLLECTION NAME>" Calendar, depending on the app area.
+ Getting rid of the partial share status in the sidebar sharing
icons. (We don't absolutely have to since we just won't allow users
to create partial shares in the first place ;o)
+ In the "Manage share..." dialog, getting rid of the
"Share
( ) All items
[ ] Mail
[ ] Task
[ ] Events"
