Comment: This is fixed in cvs HEAD by http://cvs.gnome.org/viewcvs/rhythmbox/data/glade/library- prefs.glade?r1=1.8&r2=1.9 Note that this hasn't got a huge amount of testing (since most people have their music locally), but it seems to work from my small amount of testing.
