Some people do, even though many people (e.g. you) might not. Again,
think of a tech support situation. The sense in using module names where
appropriate is so that applications can be uniquely identified. Not all
applications of a specific type have the same functionality.

Think of the issues which would arise if both the GIMP and TuxPaint were
called 'Image Editor'. They're for totally different types of user, but
fall into the same broad naming category.

What issues do you think arise from using module names versus not? I
personally consider them to be useful information.
