Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

I imported some MP3s without first adding MP3 support for gstreamer.
RB's library now includes an "Import Errors" section. A list of specific
errors appears when I select that section. In the list of specific
errors, there is a red+white icon next to each error. Clicking on that
icon presents an error dialog with the text, "Playback error. The
GStreamer plugins to decode "MP3" files could not be found."

If you click that red+white icon several times (such as by inadvertently
double-clicking it), you get multiple copies of the dialog onscreen.
There should only be one copy of that dialog onscreen at any given time;
presenting multiple identical dialogs is one of the most frustrating
things a computer can do to a user.
