The problem was with the right-click. However, I cannot reproduce it anymore! (Maybe my updates from yesterday solved the problem!) I'm using libgtk2.0-0 version 2.12.0-0ubuntu1
However, there is only one little "open with" "bug" left: when I use the right-click-menu to "open in terminal" it works fine everywhere except when I click on the desktop background it brings me to terminal but in my home location instead of the desktop... (If I go to desktop in the nautilus file browser and "open in terminal" it works fine and opens the terminal in my desktop.) I guess that's a bug in the nautilus-open-terminal package...
