It took me a lot of time to change the font properties the first time, since it 
is not in system/preferences or system/administration.
Actually, it's in the most obfuscated place it could be... why?

Whenever i click on "Change Desktop Background", the "Appearance Preferences" 
window shows up which not only allows you to:
 -change desktop background
 -change theme
 -change fonts
 -change interface
 -change compiz preferences
Probably the end-user wasn't expecting that!
I really, really think this should be called "CHANGE DESKTOP APPEARANCE" or 
something more general.
