The newer updated help page (posted by Bruce) looks much better than the earlier version. The bold blue links don't exactly flow with the Ubuntu brown and orange, but it's not as tacky as before. I don't know if it was changed because it was an issue of boringness or seriousness, but I liked the subpage theme of the older version. If that can be used for the current mainpage and subpages then I think we would have a winner.
