The idea about the "Random" feature sounds very nice -- I'll go ahead and 
implement it right away.
I'll also change the name of the README file.

As for the license: I don't know much about the different types of licenses but 
be rest assured that the software is (and will always be) completely free of 
charge.
I'll take some time this weekend to read more about the different licenses (I 
know there are tons of them) and see which one better fits this type of 
application.

I know; I also want to provide it as a DEB package (both the binary and the 
source). Unfortunately, as much as I have searched I haven't been abel to find 
much information about packaging Mono-based applications.
