Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-terminal
I have 3 screens on my desktop: :0.0, :0.1, and :0.2. When I initially launch gnome-terminal from the launcher on the top gnome-panel, gnome- terminal pops up and $DISPLAY is properly set. However, after switching around on my (broken; see bug 159615) workspace switcher using CTRL+ALT+RIGHTARROW, $DISPLAY becomes set to :0.0. I'm not sure exactly when it happens. Launching urxvt from a launcher on the Panel sets $DISPLAY properly. This may be related to the breakage described in bug 159615. This worked properly in Feisty. ** Affects: gnome-terminal (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: gnome multihead -- Multihead regression: gnome-terminal gets $DISPLAY confused sometimes https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/159619 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is a bug contact for gnome-terminal in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
