Binary package hint: evince
When I want to print any pdf-files (2 pages oder even more), evince only
send page 2 to my printer or if I print in a PS-file, this file only
contains the second page. Other pdf-viewers like KPDF or Acroread don't
have problemens, so I'm pretty sure, that the pdf-file is fine.
