Comment: I reported this about a week ago. See #34058 for a quick summary. The problem seems to be with evolution not applying settings when you would expect. Try editing your account, setting your TLS options etc., then: 1. CLick "OK" in the Account Editor. 2. Click "Close" in the Evolution Preferences window. At this point, your changes should have been applied - try hitting Send/Receive.
