Binary package hint: yelp

Accessing the G77 or G77-3.4 info pages thru Ubuntu Help Center works OK for 
top level and second level content links but most 3rd level links are broken.  
For example: 
"The section ‘Environment%20Variables%20Affecting%20GCC’ does not exist in this 
document. If you were directed to this section from a Help button in an 
application, please report this to the maintainers of that application."
 appears in response to clicking 
"*Note Environment Variables Affecting GCC: (gcc)Environment
  Variables, for information on environment variables."
