Public bug reported: Binary package hint: rhythmbox
I have a development install of Hardy on one partition, Production install of Gutsy on another partition and all my working files in /home on another partition. If I run rhythmbox on Hardy (to test sound functionality and because I like to listen to music) the database is rebuilt, then I go back to Gutsy, where Rhythmbox complains that the database was made by a newer version and that it has to rebuild it. It's not a major issue, just annoying. Can Rhythmbox in gutsy be upgraded to support the database format in rhythmbox (hardy)? ** Affects: rhythmbox (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Rhythmbox (Hardy) clobbers Rhythmbox (Gutsy)'s music database https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/178535 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is a bug contact for rhythmbox in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
