Sorry that I answere so late. I tried it with hardy and it is the same. But I think it happends when you enter a text that is longer than one line. So for example on page 7 in the right box. The first line is correct and the second everytime gets garbage.
So if you fill in: testcompany teststreet testtown You get the file attached.
