Public bug reported:
In both Feisty & Gutsy, I have set the default Font Size in Evolution to
be 12. In neither release, is the font size displayed correctly: it
looks like 10. Similarly, when printing it prints smaller. When I set
Preferences to be HTML mail, it did not improve.
