Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. Checking with my totem player over the .ogg files in Examples, there is no option available in Totem to zoom into a playing video. There is no "Zoom In" or "Zoom Out" option in the view menu, hence the keyboard shortcuts are also absent.
Checking the diff file(http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/t/totem/totem_2.21.90-0ubuntu3.diff.gz), it shows """+ - zoom in/out support (xine-lib).""" which means zoom in and out support has been added. It might be a feature added by xine- lib package (I find no package as xine-lib, does it mean libxine1? If so I have the package but still zoom doesn't work). Confirming this as a bug, as it seems the zoom option was not removed but still is not working/available. ** Changed in: totem (Ubuntu) Status: New => Confirmed -- updated to gutsy, now totem zoom controls (R) and (T) do not work.
