Ok, I think it's the "windows list applet" (I don't know the exact English 
name) which causes this.
If I remove only it, the memory stops to increase.
Once launched, the memory increases slowly.
If I switch between workspaces several times, quickly, then the memory taken by 
Xorg grows very quickly !
