Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

When using Ctrl+Up and Ctrl+Down to adjust playback volume or Ctrl+Left
and Ctrl+Right which don't have any use in Rhythmbox it makes a dotted
rectangle appear in the list you last worked with (Sidebar, Playlist,
Artist selection, Album selection) which moves according to the arrow
key you press.

This is confusing and definitely not intended behaviour, especially not
in the Playlist field, because that rectangle only uses a small fraction
of the "selected" tab. You can even scroll through your list using those
keys.

** Affects: rhythmbox (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
