i must admit that i'm french therefore the sentence "it is known and famous as
The GIMP" was about my feeling considering my country.
Yet The GIMP is crossplatlform therefore its is *possible* to an ubuntu user to
have heard of it
Yet Firefox is explicitely named with its description (their is both
elements). Same for OpenOffice.org modules.
Maybe the same could be done with "The GIMP" (something like "The GIMP
Image Manipulation") ?
