For me (on hardy, but it was the same on gutsy) the minimum is 11 minutes, but I agree that a minimum of 1 minute makes sense, I think 11 minutes is too long in certain conditions. A friend of mine was also complaining about this. Should not be too hard to set to lower I guess.
