Alacarte, the menu editor, seems to shows all .desktop files in
/usr/share/applications.

Bug-buddy and apport-gtk both have "NoDisplay" set to true in their
desktop file, which makes them disappear from the normal menus. That's
why alacarte marks them specially: small and italic. Entries which are
small and italic are not supposed to be added to menus.

If you feel that this requires further discussion, feel free to re-open
this bug.
