Apport never caught the crash an nothing was written to /var/crash. However I got the Epiphany dialog that offers me to load the last "session" that was interrupted due to the crash.
Anyway - I can not reproduce the crash anymore in Hardy. Maybe my installation was not in a consistent state due to some updates that didn't install properly first (Sorry for that). Or maybe it got fixed meanwhile.
