I don't know what exactly is fixed in upstream, but I think it's more complicated (and it's not pulled in Dapper. Do we want to do that?)
%s does NOT pass the emailaddress, it passes "mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]". So "mozilla-thunderbird mailto:%s" expands in mailto:mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED], and thunderbird only strips the first mailto: instance. There are a lot of similar bugs, it's confusing me. I will close them all and open a new one, to make things less confusing for the one who will fix this. If it *is* fixed in upstream, then that new bug can be closed. (try for example custom command: xterm -e 'echo %s && sleep 10' ** Changed in: control-center gnome-control-center (Ubuntu) Status: Fix Committed => Confirmed -- command for thunderbird is broken https://launchpad.net/malone/bugs/28308 -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
