yes, it is very wired... I rebootet my notebook and I checked the timezone before the login into gnome. The timezone was correct, but in the setting of the clock (Tab - Location) the timezone is set to Amerika / Dawson. I change my network settings to start eth0 before gnome and I can see the weather icons, also the timezoneinformation for my location is set to Amerika instead to Europe. I closed the settings and reopened it, and its magic... It changed to Europe / Berlin... But only for the running session....
