I don't know if it is related to the double buffering issue mentioned here previously, but there seem to be other OpenGL screensaver graphics glitches with clipping, such as the reflections of the chess pieces in the Queens screensaver showing up outside of the game board edges. This problem does not occur in xss on the same system, again all on Dapper with updates. -- [breezy+dapper] gnome-screensaver doesn't perform as well as xscreensaver with the same hacks. https://launchpad.net/malone/bugs/22045
